3. Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the business special orders, custom design orders, and repairs are non-refundable. Pre-made merchandise such as, watches and gift items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, they must be returned with the original copy of the invoice without any damages or altered in any way. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Repairs:
Our repair department is home to highly experienced craftsmen with over 30 years of experience in repairs specializing in platinum and high karat gold such as; 18k, 21k,22k etc… All of our repairs are done in our central shop located in Stanwood, WA. Where our retail store resides and your shipments are received. We are happy to modify your old jewelry to a beautiful piece of art for a fraction of the price of the newly manufactured piece. You are able to trade your gold, platinum or old jewelry towards the cost of your repair or alteration.

5. Ordering and Method of Shipping:
We use Fed-Ex, UPS, and US mail, contact us at our number (360) 399-1100 for approximate time of arrival. Please allow more time for shipping with special orders. For special orders and custom design please include the size, metal, gemstones etc… with all the specifics in the comment box located in the contact page; you may also include a picture or sketch.

6. Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cashiers checks, personal checks, bank checks, wire transfers and money orders. Please allow up to 6 business days for the check to clear before shipping.
